Sudheendra Chaitanya 9Sudheendraji as he is know) was initiated into Sanyasa when he joined Chinmaya Mission, soon after his Engineering course. He served the Mission in various capacities for over a decade. Though currently not associated with any organization, he continues to bring spirituality alive in the hearts of everyone who connects with him.
He conducts weekly study classes in different parts of Bangalore. The study class is an open house where participants bring in issues that affect them deeply. While their diverse backgrounds throw up a wide variety of issues to be studied, Sudheendraji transforms every discussion into an avenue for self-exploration.
Organized at various places in Bangalore, sudheendraji's weeklong talks, both in Kannada as well as English, draw a larger audience. He also conducts workshops on specific themes. These are intense interactive sessions, open to those who are seriously interested in understanding life. Some workshops come alongside a tour. He would insist on us seeing what is: be it the beauty of the valley of flowers, the religious fervour in a temple, intriguing history unravelled in an archaeological excavation etc. Can we perceive creation through the eyes of its creator, the one who created it originally?
