Description

This trilogy unfolds as a contemplative journey through science, Vedanta, and consciousness, a synthesis born of decades of teaching Anatomy to medical students and a lifetime in spiritual reflection. Each volume explores a facet of the human quest: the inner awakening, the cosmic order, and the unity that binds them. The work bridges empirical reasoning with intuitive insight, inviting readers to see knowledge not as accumulation but as illumination; not as the objective know-ledge of God and the universe, but as the subjective pulse of consciousness.

Written in lucid prose and poetic cadence, it entices the reader to transform from the fixed neuronal patterns of “I am the body living in the world” to the realisation “I am consciousness, where everything moves as energy flux in me.” Complex ideas are rendered into accessible wisdom, forming a seamless dialogue between the measurable and the immea-surable, between neuron and spirit, quantum and awareness. The trilogy brings home the inaccessible Vedic knowledge in a digestible Bhagavadgītā form. It is both a scholar's exposition and a seeker's medi-tation, guiding the reader from observation to understanding, from understanding to wonder, and from wonder to the realisa-tion of the ultimate truth.

Dr.  R. N. Sreenathan  is a retired Dean and Professor of Anatomy and Neuroscience from universities in the West Indies. He has served as Academic Director of Chinmaya International Foundation and as Professor at Chinmaya Vishwa Vidyalaya. His writings reflect a rare synthesis — the rigour of science with the lyricism of Vedanta. He explores the interface between biology, philosophy, and con-sciousness, weaving metaphors that transform subtle truths into accessible wisdom. He has published a book, Om = I am: A Novel Journey Into Vedic Legacy, and translated a Telugu “Geeta Makaranda” into Kannada in 1999. From his home at Advait Senior Citizens' Abode in Medchal, Hyderabad, a place of comfort and pious atmosphere, he continues to mentor young minds while offering spiritual succour to fellow senior citizens. He is translating his work into his native Kannada, ensuring its resonance across cultures.
