This book is a game changer. I have found it so clear and concise. Malcolm has a way of making it achievable for us all to practice streamline meditation and enjoy the benefits that unfold. The bookis beautifully written and has a wonderful presence to it. Forever grateful to have read and learnt from it.

Malcolm Fletcher certainly has a gift! Both for writing and teaching meditation. This book beautifully combines the two and makes meditation attainable for all, regardless of experience level. The book is written in a relatable way and puts the reader at ease immediately. I’ve had the honour of being taught meditation by Malcolm and he is the real deal. 10 out of 10 recommend this book to anyone interested in meditation or simply improving their lifestyle and happiness.

What an interesting read the book looked beautiful and the story held my attention i couldn't put it down. Being a meditator for 50 years meditation has guided my journey through thick n thin and made my ability to cope with stress and anxiety of life so much better and of course the good times so much better. If you want a friend i suggest you learn to meditate.

This book has life changing information on how to meditate naturally, without any technique. It's
very easy and most enjoyable to read.
Malcolm explains clearly the natural path to this very deep level of meditation. He explains that by allowing the meditation to happen naturally, there are no blocks to transcending to deep conciousness. In
this totally natural meditation, the meditator is not making any choice. This is different to

other types of meditation where techniques are used and choice is made, thus creating a block to a deeper consciousness.
I've tried it and it works. I'm amazed, it has certainly changed my life.
I highly recommend you read this book if your interested
in finding a deep meditative state and connecting to the depths of your soul, simply, easily and in a relatively quick time.
