The trouble is, that we forget! Shri Harirayji, a foremost teacher of the Path of Grace - Pushti Marg, has listed in his 27th Shiksha Pada (letter of intuition) 40 circum- stances and attitudes that effect this forgetfulnees of the Lord and our relationship to Him.
The Land of Vraja is the place where we no longer need to strive for rememberance; this becomes natural.
Inspriation and motivation we do require and in my 40 years of coming to Vraja I have found the ultimate and indeed the most enjoyable source of such
inspiration to be the Vrajavasi Rasa Mandali dance drama troupes who have been
maintaining the tradition from the tune of Shri Vallabhacharya until today.
In the last few years it has been a source of great delight for me to meet the teacher and artists of Svami Vedprakashji Bhardvaj's Pushti Margiya Shri Krishna Lila Ras Mandali of Vrindavan who are perpetuating the stories and musical poetry of Shri
Vallabhacharyaji's time and Path, in particular Shri Ghanshyam Sharma ji' who has dedicated a lot of his knowledge to the completion of this project.
