Yoga Terms can not be described in a short spell. Yoga is a vast field. However, I am trying to highlight on some Yoga Terms. In ancient times, the sages used yoga to reach to the ultimate spirituality. Yoga has now become very popular to us not only to get relief from various diseases without applying medicine but also to be joyous and delightful, was one of them. Enhancement of personality was also an aim to be achieved by Yoga. Some of the Yoga Terms are appended w to learn what yoga is and how it can be practice. They are Discipline, Principle, Physical exercise through postures, Meditation, The ultimate rest, Breathing exercise, Control of senses and Mental concentration.

Many of the life style diseases can be cured by doing these breathing exercises. Even medical practitioner and doctors are today advising their patients to inculcate habit of doing breathing exercises for keeping themselves disease free. This Book is useful for students and layman, those who are interested to learn yoga.

They are Discipline, Principle, Physical exercise through postures, Meditation, The ultimate rest, Breathing exercise, Control of senses and Mental concentration.

Yoga Terms for doing breathing exercises are: Vastrika, Kapalvati, Anulom Vilom, Bhramari, Udgeath, Ujjayi etc. All of these breathing exercises are pretty powerful and are capable of keeping a human mind and body away from being sick. Many of the life style diseases can be cured by doing these breathing exercises. Even medical practitioner and doctors are today advising their patients to inculcate habit of doing breathing exercises for keeping themselves disease free.
