Trust God

Early morning meditation is a tradition at Sivananda Ashram. In 1995, the president of The Divine Life Society, His Holiness Swami Chidananda, requested Swami Atmaswarupananda to give a brief talk at the conclusion of the silent meditation.

Later he expressed the wish that the talks be brought out in book form for the benefit of a wider seeking public.
